Common questions

Will my existing clients notice?▾

No. Your client portal carries your business name, logo, and brand color — Dispach is small in the footer. When you send your first proposal from Dispach, your client just sees a polished page with your name on it.

What about contracts and proposals already signed in HoneyBook?▾

They stay where they are — HoneyBook keeps a record. For active projects, you can upload the signed PDFs to the client's record in Dispach. Going forward, everything new lives in Dispach.

Can I import invoices too?▾

Client and contact import is live today. Invoice import lands in the next two weeks. If you need it sooner, email us at hello@dispach.coand we'll do it for you.

What if I want to switch back?▾

Full CSV + JSON export from your account settings, any time. Your data is yours.

Is there a yearly discount?▾
